In fact, as already announced in the Offering Circular a change in attribution of voting rights was carried out. Since 1 May 2005, Strategic European Technologies N.V. (SET) exercises its voting rights itself. The shares held by SET as well as by the 3i Group are still included in the lock-up agreement.
