Insolvency Proceedings
Upon request of PAION AG i.L. and PAION Deutschland GmbH i.L. insolvency proceedings were opened over their assets with effect from 01 January 2024.
Attorney Dr. Mark Boddenberg was appointed as insolvency administrator.
With effect from 24 February 2024, 0:00 hours, the business activities of PAION AG i.L. and PAION Deutschland GmbH i.L. were liquidated following a transferring reorganization as part of a company sale.
The business activities of PAION AG i.L. and PAION Deutschland GmbH i.L. are continued by PAION Pharma GmbH, as an independently operating subsidiary of the Chinese Humanwell Healthcare Group.
PAION AG will remain as a company without operating business or operating investments and will be wound up as part of standard insolvency proceedings.
