Individual and pragmatic professional development is of high value for PAION. Due to this reason we offer to our employees to participate at external seminars and trainings and we collaborate with external speakers and experts in special fields. This way on-the-job coaching and assistance in exploring alternative solutions to challenges our staff faces is made possible.
